For the third week in a row Linda’s Speedway’s attempt to race has been canceled due to rain. Rain showers began around noon at the speedway and are predicted for much of the night. The Speedway will try for a fourth time to open the racing for 2019 on April 26.

April 26 will feature racing from the 270 Micro Sprints, Wingless 600 Micro Sprints, along with the Restricted 600 Micro Sprints.

The Slingshots will start the race to the Chase in dramatic fashion with a Northeast Tour event. The Junior Slingshots are also on the schedule for their first appearance at Linda’s Speedway in over five years.

The Xcel 600 Modifieds will open the Poker Series tour events for 2019 on April 26. It is the first of five scheduled tour races in 2019.
