Lambert Charger winner - Scicchitano & Carraghan notch wins

Paul Lambert led the field into the final corner of the Charger feature with three cars on his rear bumper. Lambert, looking for his first Linda’s Speedway win, came across the line just ahead in a three wide race to the finish. Chucky Kimmel was second with Ed Hollenbach third. Dale Kreiser and Darrel Wagner were the top five in the feature for the Chargers.


Francis Gross III and Dale Kreiser won the heat races for the Chargers.


Sam Scicchitano took the race lead early in the Modified feature event and the defending Linda’s Speedway champion never looked back on his way to the checkered flag. Andy Ressler came across the line second but failed the post race inspection. Eric Whitby us credited for second with Josh Bewely, Riley Hummel, and Kenny Harris the top five finishers.


Eric Whitby, Eric Freeman and Sam Scicchitano won heat races for the Modifieds.

It’s been a dream season for Dave Carraghan. In multiple situation Carraghan looked to be finishing second and fate plays in. That happened Friday when Tyler Ulsh was leading but a late race yellow put Carraghan in position to make the winning pass late in the race. Ulsh finished second with Brett Bieber rounding out the podium. Brett Spitler and Chuck Whary were the top five finishers.


Carraghan and Josh Weiant won heat races for the Slingshots.


Phil Levering took the race lead early in the Outlaw Enudro main event and led until lap 50 to take the checkered flag. John Rose and Brian Moyer rounded out the podium finish. Matt Peck and Julian Storms were the top five finishers.


Linda’s Speedway is off next week, Aug 6, and will return to race on Friday July 13th.

Friday the 13th racing will feature the 270 and Wingless 600 Micro Sprints, Chargers, and Speedweek races for the All Star and Junior Slingshots.


Gates open at 5 and hot laps at 7. Racing will follow after hot Laps.
